Sound relaxation Session

Sound healing Monday is back  15th May  @7pm  @Gortalowry House, Cookstown.  A lighter spring reset sound bath to fully relax, soothe and restore the nervous system, soften your body in a few restorative poses and reset for the new season and upcoming summer ahead. This evening is an opportunity for you to press pause from the world for a moment, to let go of the grip and find some softening and re-connection with yourself. In the world with it’s ever-increasing speediness slowing down and finding those moments of stillness to tune in and get a sense of clarity of what has been, what is and what is yet to come.
