Sound relaxation Session

Sound healing Monday is back on 18th September @7pm  @Gortalowry House, Cookstown. 

 A lighter Autumn reset "Sound bath" to fully relax, soothe and restore the nervous system, soften your body  and ease into the new season and upcoming Autumn ahead. 

This evening is an opportunity for you to press pause from the world for a moment, to let go of the grip and find some softening and re-connection with yourself. In the world with it’s ever-increasing speediness slowing down and finding those moments of stillness to tune in and get a sense of clarity of what has been, what is and what is yet to come.
