"BLOOM'IN" sound relaxation session

........You too can blossom into a beautiful flower, stepping into your truth and power. Use this sound healing and meditation to ground your energy, to access the place of stillness within you as i guide you into a visual experience to a lush field where Spring is beginning to blossom.  This monthly sound bath event  is always very special and holds the powerful vibration of community coming together.

 This session will start with gentle breathing practice and then we’ll move into a guided relaxation where you’ll be invited to be as relaxed & comfortable as you can be. During the session you’ll be surrounded by a beautiful vibration of sound from singing bowls, drums, gong & chimes.

Relax, Rejuvinate and create a self care routine with monthly relaxation session.

Bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket & eye covering if you like. Layers of clothing might be helpful as you can get chilly when you’re still for so long.
