RETURN POLICY

We want you to have a positive shopping experience and we are 100% committed to customer satisfaction.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase / arrives to you damaged / or you are unsatisfied in anyway, we will make every effort to resolved the situation.

Items can be returned within 28 days from day of dispatch.
You will  be refunded only after the goods returned. You will not be issued a refund for the original postage fee.
Goods must be in its original condition, in the original packing, unused, securely packed for postage and with a note quoting  a short explanation of what you require enclosed.
Anything received after 28 days will be sent back to the customer (at the customer's cost). Where the customer does not wish to pay return costs we will hold the item(s) for a period of 90 days after which time we will destroy them.
*You may request replacement items, which we will dispatch to you (subject to availability) on receipt of the original products.
*Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings are non-returnable.
