During this unique event, you will be surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of the gong, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls and therapeutic percussion instruments. It’s an incredible experience when we focus only on ourselves in this sound-guided meditation. During the session, participants often report the experience of seeing lights, colours, shapes or images behind closed eyes. It is an indication showing that certain areas of our brain are in a deep meditative state.
