About the event
This workshop will provide a peaceful space and a full programme of healing practices and tips for navigating through the Moon days( Perimenopause, Menopause Period days) and practical tools for you to take home.
De-stressing is critical to balancing the hormones that affect our moods, energy levels and sleep patterns and the meditative nature of yoga is a powerful tool in calming our psychological state.
In this 2.5-hr workshop, you’ll learn to nurture and nourish your body with simple postures, breathing exercises, and meditations you can use every day in your own life:
Learn how to modify your yoga routine for hormonal support
Practice pranayama (breathing) to feel grounded, supported and safe
Learn about essential oils that go hand in hand with hormone support
Practice yoga poses for specific menopausal symptoms: Hot Flashes Anxiety Mood swings Insomnia Depression Fatigue All the techniques and practices you’ll learn in this workshop to come back into balance. Into being. Into a calm, centered state. And it’s in reaching that calm, centered state that balance can occur. We release, let go, and allow. And that’s the most incredible nourishment you can give yourself.
This workshop is suitable for all age women from menarche to pre/post -menopause.
