It offers you a quite time and space where you can unwind, and relax with slow flow yoga movements, breathwork and high vibrational sounds. 

Also includes aromatherapy Aura spray making session whre you will get your own grounding aroma spray botle to take it with you home. All put together in a blissfull flowing session while you relax and listen to the soul sound journey. You will leave floating back into the day feeling rejuvenated recharged and at peace .......

After session we will have a Rose tea ceremony and a soulful chat together along with homemade healthy (plantbased,vegan) desserts.
