Sound Relaxation * Autumn Special

Autumn special Sound bath to fully relax, soothe and restore the nervous system, soften your body  and ease into the new season and upcoming Winter ahead.  This evening is an opportunity for you to press pause from the world for a moment, to let go of the grip and find some softening and re-connection with yourself. In the world with it’s ever-increasing speediness slowing down and finding those moments of stillness to tune in and get a sense of clarity of what has been, what is and what is yet to come. Come and treat yourself a beautiful candlelight evening full of warmth and self-care to deeply relax and restore your body and mind while being held by the sounds and vibrations of beautiful instruments such as the gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and rain sticks. All you need is a pillow, yoga mat and a blanket.
