Sound relaxation Session

Sound healing Monday is back on 18th September @7pm  @Gortalowry House, Cookstown. 

 A lighter Autumn reset "Sound bath" to fully relax, soothe and restore the nervous system, soften your body  and ease into the new season and upcoming Autumn ahead. 

This evening is an opportunity for you to press pause from the world for a moment, to let go of the grip and find some softening and re-connection with yourself. In the world with it’s ever-increasing speediness slowing down and finding those moments of stillness to tune in and get a sense of clarity of what has been, what is and what is yet to come. Come and treat yourself a beautiful candlelight evening full of warmth and self-care to deeply relax and restore your body and mind while being held by the sounds and vibrations of beautiful instruments such as the gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and rain sticks. All you need is a pillow, yoga mat and a blanket.

To ensure your comfort during the session bring your own pillows, blankets, duvets, sleeping bags, yoga mat- anything to aid your relaxation. Please note this practice is experienced lying down still on the ground, although alternative arrangements can be made if required. This event is not suitable for pregnant women or anyone with epilepsy or pacemaker.
