From the yogic view, the vast void is not an obstacle — it is the womb of the universe, holding the next version of you in silence until you are ready to be reborn.

The Void Effect:
What is Happening When It Feels Like Nothing Is Happening?
There is a strange, often unsettling space that many of us eventually arrive at on the path of inner transformation. A space where it seems like nothing is happening. The old life — with its stories, identities, patterns — feels as if it has dissolved, or even died. Yet, the new life — the one we have glimpsed in dreams, in visions, in soul whispers — has not yet fully arrived.
On the surface, everything may appear the same. Daily routines continue. The world around us hasn't changed. But inside… something irreversible has shifted.
This is the void — the fertile emptiness between what was and what is becoming. And most people, when they find themselves here, turn back. Why?
Because the mind craves certainty. The ego longs for action, for validation, for movement. It wants proof that we’re progressing, changing, becoming “better.” But in this in-between state, there is none of that. There's just… space. Silence. Stillness.
And it can feel terrifying.Unproductive. Pointless.
Like a pause that stretches too long.
But what if that silence is sacred? What if that stillness is not a lack, but a reseat ?What if nothing is happening… because everything is happening beneath the surface?
This is the paradox of the void. It often feels like emptiness, but in truth, it’s a threshold. Not a dead end, but a sacred doorway.
✨ If You Feel Like You’re in a Void Right Now…
You are not broken. You are not stuck. You are not failing.
You are being prepared. You are being initiated. You are becoming.
This is not a crisis. This is a portal.
It may look like emptiness. But it is pure potential.
It may feel like nothing is happening. But it is the threshold of transformation .
📿 Let the silence guide you.🕊 Let the stillness teach you.🌀 Let the void transform you.
I hope that Sunday letters with your morning coffee will become a special ritual for you.
And if you know me, you know that a good cup of coffee is one of my simple joys.
So, if today’s Satsang brought you a moment of inspiration or peace — and you feel called to give a little something back — you’re welcome to treat me to a virtual cup of coffee. It’s a sweet way to support the quiet moments of creation that go into each Sunday reflection.
Thank you for walking alongside me on this gentle journey of words, stillness, and soul.
I’m grateful we get to share it. 🌿Inga
